    Use this form any time you will be picking up a player from another team to compete in a tournament. REMEMBER - OWHA rules state that you cannot pick up players unless there are players on your official OWHA Roster that are absent ie. you cannot exceed your OWHA Official Roster size with pick-up players. There is also a maximum of 3 pick-up players allowed per game.
