INITIATION PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
Please register your player as soon as possible, to avoid missing out. Intent to register does not guarantee a spot and registration will be taken on a first come first serve basis for all age categories. A waitlist will be created once all available spots have been filled OR for players that reside outside the Burlington boundaries.

As Registration is FREE for the 2023-24 season for our IP (U7) Program there will be no refunds.
