IMPORTANT NOTE

FIRST TIME HOCKEY REGISTRANTS - The OWHA requires that each player has a Hockey Canada Registry ID (HCR#) PRIOR TO registering. Within the RAMP registration you will be directed to create this number.  Questions about the HCR# are to be directed to the OWHA Registrar at [email protected] - the BGHC is not involved in this process and cannot assist with this. 

Previously registered players should have a HCR# already in their profile - if not, follow the link within RAMP to find the number.



WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR FEES FOR THIS PROGRAM

For the past three seasons, the BGHC has been highly subsidizing the costs of running our Fundamentals program, in an effort to GROW THE GAME and introduce as many young females as possible to the game.  The program will now be priced to recover costs, as with all of our other BGHC programming.  Parents should be aware of the following DISTINGUISHING ASPECTS of our BGHC Fundamentals program.

1. All NEW registrants to FUNDAMENTALS 1 (4-year-olds) will receive a "FULL BAUER EQUIPMENT PACKAGE" free of charge.  This equipment package includes top quality BAUER helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, Jill, hockey pants, shin pads, skates, stick and neck guard. 
   

   The BGHC thanks Bauer and our Fundamentals program sponsor DareDevil Hockey for the ongoing ability to provide this benefit to our new registrants.

2. All Fundamentals 1 and 2 sessions are run by professional on-ice head instructor, Celina Clark and assistant Camielle Mio.
3. U7 Development House League volunteer coaches will receive professional coaching guidance to start and plan their season and players will receive supplemental skill development during selected pracrtice sessions during the season.
4. Goalie equipment is provided.  

 

REFUND POLICY

The Fundamentals or U7 House League player registration fee is non-refundable after 24 hours.  A refund will be issued within 24 hours of original payment, subject to a $100 administration fee to be withheld from any refund.

An exception will be made in the event of a season-ending injury as documented in a note from a medical doctor that states that the player cannot return to the team until a date that is after March 31, 2026.  In the event of such an injury, a refund will be provided as follows:

PAYMENT

The BGHC only accepts credit card payments for all registrations. This allows any refunds to be issued in an expedited manner. Payments will be made through the RAMP registration system.

2025-2026 REGISTRATION FEES

NOTE:  Registrations completed by June 30^th are eligible for a split payment plan – 50% of total fee at time of registration and 50% deferred to August 15^th.
