BGHC Refund Policy
Extended Payment Terms
All members are expected to read the BGHC Payment Policies and Processes and the
BGHC Refund
Policy prior to registering. These policies will be enforced,
in particular, with respect to late registrations, late payments and/or future declined credit card
transactions for those selecting deferred payment. Anyone requesting extended payment terms, please
refer to the BGHC
Financial Assistance Policy and complete the required request well in
advance of the registration deadline.
Social Media Release
You will be
asked to respond "Yes" or "No" to this release during the registration process.
I agree to allow the Burlington Girls Hockey Club (BGHC) to
take an image or receive photographs from the team manager. The BGHC may use or publish and
otherwise reproduce and display the photograph for advertising, promotion, social media (i.e. Twitter,
Facebook), or OWHA related media outlets, now or in the future. The BGHC may use my daughter's first name, and/or age in connection
with the photograph, but will not use my daughter's last name or address without parental permission. BGHC
may also choose not to identify the player. BGHC may use full names in tournament programs and OWHA related
tournament materials. I agree not to be paid for the photography, its use, or our
participation.

Payment Plans and Deadlines
REFUND POLICY –
Once registered for House League and Rep teams, members have 24 hours to request a refund by email ([email protected]) if they no longer wish to participate. For House League and the Rep program, there will be a $100 administrative fee per withdrawing player if a request is submitted within 24 hours of registration. No refunds will be administered after 24 hours from the time of registration unless the season ends prematurely.
In the event the season ends prematurely or is significantly disrupted by cancellations due to Covid restrictions, the Board of Directors will evaluate and approve appropriate refunds for both House League and Representative. Costs incurred by the organization up to the cancellation of the season will be taken into consideration when determining refund amounts.
PAYMENT
The BGHC is only accepting credit card payments for all registrations. This will allow us to issue refunds in an expedited manner in the event Return to Hockey ends prematurely. Payments will be made through the RAMP registration system.
