REP PLAYER PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment for Rep players will take place in two phases:

1. An initial $1,000 per player deposit collected thru RAMP May 1st thru May 22, 2025 and
2. a "remaining balance" payment split 50/50 between mid June and August 31st - payment processed again thru RAMP.
   

Parents will "register" their daughters to their specific team during both payment phases, via RAMP.

REFUND POLICY

• The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance payment is non-refundable.  
• An exception may be made in the event of a season-ending injury as documented in a note from a medical doctor that states that the player cannot return to the team until a date that is after March 31, 2026.  In the event of such an injury, ONLY the BGHC fee component of the total registration fee is eligible for a proportionate refund.  No portion of the Team fee is refundable under any circumstances, except for any refund calculated at the end of the season for all players on that team.

The BGHC fee includes costs for the period September 1 through March 31 (7 months).

The maximum refundable BGHC fee will be calculated as follows: 
BGHC fee - cost of jerseys - OWHA player registration fee

The refund will be calculated as follows: 

 # of full months remaining in season / 7 months x maximum refundable BGHC fee

Example:

 Player pays a BGHC fee of $3,000 for the season that includes $75 for OWHA fees and $250 for jerseys. 
The player has a season ending injury on December 15th.

Refund = ($3,000 – $75 - $250)x 3/7 = $1,146

PAYMENT

The BGHC is only accepting credit card payments for all registrations.

TOTAL FEES

The initial payment in May will be a $1,000 deposit for all players.

Once all teams have submitted a team budget to the BGHC Treasurer, the final fees are circulated to your Team Coach, Manager and Treasurer.  A schedule of fees remaining to be paid will be emailed to all parents prior to the June payment period.
