REP PLAYER REGISTRATION + PAYMENT
Registration for Rep players will open July 3rd and close July 17th
All Rep players must register to their specific team during this registration.
Payment of 50% of the remaining fees is due at registration.
A deferred payment for the remaining 50% is automatically created during this registration and will process to the same credit card on September 15, 2024. No action is needed in September to make this payment.

Fees
The complete listing of registration fees was circulated to your Team Coach, Manager and Treasurer. The components of the BGHC and Team fee are circulated directly to parents via email prior to the opening of the registration.
Refund Policy
Once registered for Rep teams, members have 24 hours to request a refund by email ([email protected]) if they no longer wish to participate. For the Rep program, there will be a $100 administrative fee per withdrawing player if a request is submitted within 24 hours of registration. No refunds will be administered after 24 hours from the time of registration unless the season ends prematurely. The deposit of $1,000 paid in May is no longer refundable at this point unless an exception has been authorized by the Board of Directors.
In the event the season ends prematurely or is significantly disrupted by cancellations for any reason, the Board of Directors will evaluate and approve appropriate refunds. Costs incurred by the organization up to the cancellation of the season will be taken into consideration when determining refund amounts.

The BGHC is only accepting credit card payments for all registrations.
