Coach Jay has been coaching since 2014 and will be in starting his second year as the 2024-2025 U15A coach. His focus is the progression of the players on and off the ice. His background as a multi sport athlete exposed him to a lot of different coaching approaches and helps him in dealing with a wide range of personalities. He believes in helping all his players in finding their own strength and position within the team environment to help each athlete achieved their maximum potential.
