Thank
you for your patience and understanding as we worked diligently to select a new
Bantam A head coach for the 2019-2020 season.
This past
week, the board reviewed applications and conducted extensive meetings to
ensure a highly qualified applicant was selected to lead and develop our Bantam
A team next season. After careful
consideration, we are very pleased to appoint Dave Lafleur as the new Bantam A
Coach.
Dave has more than 20 years experience coaching all divisions in girls and boys hockey at both the rep and house league levels, in addition to coaching girls softball and boys baseball. A CUDAS hockey dad and head coach for more than 4 years, Dave also served on the BGHC Board of Directors applying his strong business expertise to redevelop the House League division.
An incredible brand ambassador and supporter of girls hockey, Dave recognizes the importance of developing our young athletes, leading well organized and high energy practices and supporting their training with off-ice conditioning. He brings a wealth of knowledge and key insights to the Bantam A team and believes in creating a positive, unified team. Dave will be joined by Assistant Coach, Emily Cino, a strong female role model who has played competitive hockey for more than 15 years including Intermediate A and currently Senior A. Dave can be reached at [email protected].
Please welcome Dave Lafleur to the BGHC Rep Coach Roaster and we look forward to seeing you at try outs!
