U11 Team 3 Rep Coaching Appointment 2020-21 season

The BGHC is pleased to announce the following rep coaching appointment for the upcoming 2020-2021 season.

Josh Flippance l U11 Team 3

Josh is a D1 trained coach, whose philosophy is, regardless of the level of the kids, to ensure each and every player is having fun. The keys to success for any team is that they are having fun, with an emphasis on skill development, strong work ethic, always trying your best, and coming out to play hard as a team.   An eight-year Barracudas coach, Josh played competitive hockey and has developed a strong reputation as a coach who ensures fairness and equal opportunity no matter what the situation.  He has contributed to the development of a number of players over time who have gone on to play competitively at higher levels.  Josh can be reached at
