The OWHA, our governing body, has released their Covid-19 Vaccination Policy as well as the Covid-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Request Form.

We are in the process of determining how all information will be collected and recorded, and will update all members shortly.
In their release, the OWHA states that, at this time, those born in 2010 or later will not require a vaccination for the 2021-22 season, participation remains subject to local restrictions and protocols, as applicable.
