Murdoch Appointed Jr. Barracudas Head Coach 2022/2023 Coach
The BGHC is pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Murdoch as the Head Coach for the Junior Barracudas for the 2022-23 season.
Colin has more than 13 years of experience coaching in amateur hockey in both the GTHL and the OWHA and most recently has held the role of assistant coach for the Jr. Barracudas organization. Having completed his HP1 training and with his comprehensive hockey knowledge, Colin is a well-respected and committed instructor with a proven record to drive excellence and success for his teams. Colin demonstrates exemplary leadership, care, knowledge and vision for our Intermediate AA team.
As an integral part of the Jr.Cudas coaching team, and having coached the returning members of the team, Colin possesses the unique ability to continue to focus and drive the team towards their ascribed vision and goals for the season ahead. Colin encourages a growth mindset and collaborative environment that provides athletes the skills, knowledge and positive attitude to excel in competitive sports. He is committed to the development of the high-performance vision for the BGHC and believes that building relationships and communication within a growth mindset will provide the environment for our BGHC players to reach their future goals and aspirations.
