The BGHC Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Didio as the U11 Team 3 Head Coach for the 2022-23 season.

Jason has been a coach for the past 4 years in the BGHC and has 8 years of experience with BLOMHA.  Jason's coaching philosophy is to create an environment for all members of the team to thrive.  He shows the kids that hard work, sportsmanship and a team approach are important skills on and off the ice.  Jason's approach is to make hockey fun and use positive reinforcement to help everyone on the team improve as the Year goes on.  Jason believes that building player confidence is a key to success and makes his teams enjoy the game and want to continue their hockey journey.
